Which is exactly why they've probably just sent cease and desist form letters. MLB is counting on the leagues being intimidated enough to not call the bluff. The letter served its purpose.

And I don't think it's any secret to anyone that Selig is a moron. That part really needed no confirmation. The tie game cemented his legacy on that particular front.

Mike Milligan is on a distinguished road
The screenprinter that is printing the counterfiet shirt is the crook here! That person is making profit off of the M.L.B. logo it is selling to the little leagues. They are the problem not M.L.B, Not the little leagues and not Majestic. Majestic is the official M.L.B. supplier that pays million of dollars to have those rights. Then these slimmy screen-printers get the profit from these little leagues with out paying for those rights. This is not just a few dollars we are talking about. A small little league, say 20 teams or so is writing these unlisened printers checks for over $5,000.00. Is that fair to Majestic who payed for the rights to print those shirts?
Milli

That is the lamest thing I have eveer heard of....copyright or not. In an era when kids are more likely to like basketball or football (or UFC) MLB is being ridiculous. When you are taking business down to this level, then you have really sunk to the depths of desperation. Just because $25,000,000,000/year is not enough for Manny Ramirez, there is no reason to be the playground bully and steal from the other kids. GEEZ.
