Just too cheezy late-1970's looking for me, I guess. The White Sox had some bad logos and bad uniforms back in that era:

The uniforms were awful but the "stovepipe" style hats were a hoot. I actually have one of those. It doesn't have the two stars on it though.  |

Somehow, I can't get those uniforms out of my mind when I think about the White Sox. That was when I first started watching them. |
