Just FYI, I had the toughest time coming up with destinations for Burnett and Burrell. There's a lot of teams that they would fit with, but none that really jump out at you.

I guess I was dead wrong on Holliday, but who would have seen that coming...the A's???? I now think Burrell will re-sign with the Phils. There's really no better options for LF out there, and Burrell loves Philly and Philly loves him.

Teixeira to the Nats? What makes you think he'll end up there? The Nats aren't big spenders...

I've seen bigger surprises, go phillies. Did you see where those same Nationals got Scott Olsen, a pretty good lefthander with tons of potential despite a few issues, from the Marlins?

Didn't they get Josh Willingham too? He's got a pretty decent stick.

So will CC take the Yankee deal? I heard he wanted to stay in the NL and play for a California team, $140 mil is hard to say no to.

Yes, my guess all along (the past two seasons) is that he eventually ends up with the Yankees. If not, it would be one of the LA teams, but I still suspect when all is said and done the Yankees will end up with Sabathia.
