Default 2018 Regular Season: Game 67 (2018-06-15 - 19:15) - Chicago Cubs at Saint Louis Cardinals

The Cardinals are likely to win because Michael Wacha usually wins his starts. They could lose if they do not hit balls with bats for runs batted in.

The Cardinals produced a garbage game for their fans at Busch Stadium.

Michael Wacha has pitched well for the Cardinals. He did not show up to pitch balls for this game. He should miss his next start after a garbage appearance. He will start as the Cardinals lack quality rotation pitchers beyond him and Miles Mikolas.

Dexter Fowler, with a 0.170 batting average this season, cannot hit balls with bats as a positional player or a pinch hitter.

Harrison Bader, Jedd Gyorko, and Luke Voit did not hit balls with bats for base hits and runs batted in.

The Cardinals are on pace not to qualify for postseason play. It is time they made necessary changes to win now in order to win later.

Field Manager Mike Matheny and Hitting Coach John Mabry need to be fired. Their ignorance in the game of baseball, their disrespect for the game of baseball, and their lack of leadership limit players from producing and limits the team from winning. Bench coach Mike Schlidt would be a great interim field manager.

Players need to be traded. Primary priority players would be Brett Cecil, Dexter Fowler, Greg Holland, Bud Norris, Luke Weaver, and Kolten Wong. A secondary priority player would be Matt Carpenter.

Carlos Martínez has been screwing around since returning from the disabled list. Not pitching balls and disrespecting the game of baseball is not helping Martínez or the Cardinals. Martínez needs to get with the program.

I wonder which Cardinals who cannot hit balls with bats for base hits and runs batted in will have bench warming duties in the clubhouse throughout the game. Dexter Fowler and Kolten Wong will see bench time.

The Cardinals turned a lead in a game into another loss. Not hitting balls with bats for base hits and runs batted in and bad pitching combined for the loss.

Losers club members Matt Carpenter, Dexter Fowler, and Kolten Wong were missing in action at bat. They did not hit balls with bats for runs batted in. Fowler will be back on pinch hitting duty.

The Cardinals' bullpen is toxic.
