1st round, i dont think so. second round where they will face the mavs is wehre they go down i think. then it will be an all texas WCF which will go 7 games spurs win it at home. i love the all texas matchup, at least when my spurs win. they dont have to ravel much considering the flight is about 45 minutes from SA to dallas. hell you can drive there in the same amount of time it takes to fly to LA just about.
Well the Bulls get the defeat over the Spurs. It was a good game and D. Rose wins the point guard battle.
No doubt the Bulls caught the Spurs at the right time (end of a long road trip, heading into the break), but still a good win for D Rose and co. They are now only 2 games behind the Cs and the Heat for the #1 spot in the East.
Wish I had cable to catch the game!! But from the box score, I noticed the Bulls shot over 50% from the field!! Spurs shot a good 48% or so. Its hard to beat a team when they are on fire, and a MVP candidate goes for over 40 points.
anyone else think javale magee got the short end of the stick by the fans last night? blake only won because he plays in LA and the ASG was in LA. his dunks where ok, but the car dunk was WEAK! i mean damn man you cant even clear the whole car, you have to park it half way under the basket and why not just use a smart car? javale dunked 3 balls (nobody has ever done that), javale dunked 2 balls in 2 different baskets one off the glass (again, never been done)
Yeah I think McGee should have won but all the hype was on Griffin to win in front of the LA crowd so it wasn't a surprise that he won. Still though that was a fun dunk contest to watch. One of the better ones in recent memory.
I'm a little disappointed in the Texas Shooting Stars not repeating as champs. They had almost a minute to knock down just one half-court shot and couldn't do it. You'd think with Kenny Smith knocking down the first attempt in the first round they would have won it all.
