Man, blown out at home versus Indiana. Losing to the elites is one thing, but the Pacers at home? Blown out? Somewhere, you know Dan Gilbert is having a good ole laugh.....

Miami has put all their money in one basket with not enough balls to go around.

They are in trouble.

They dont have a good big man and need someone at point guard to control the game. They do not have either.

Look at Boston tonight, without Rondo the little guy comes off the bench and is a real point guard who can play. Many players on the Celtics bench would be playing full time with the Heat.

I said it in a thread before the season started. Do not get too excited about Miami, 3 very good players do not make a team and to win the NBA you have to have defense for one, depth on the bench and unselfish players.

Miami does not have any of the qualities.

They need a butt kicking coach like a Don Nelson who wont allow a player to run things.

I cannot stop thinking about Lebron coming out and telling us all in his little advertisement how he was taking his talent to South Beach.

Well big mouth, shooting bricks is not taking your talent to SB.

Awesome player, probably the most talented player in the game but has not showed me he was worth the time or money yet.

I'm beginning to suspect( though I'd still like to see a larger games sample; at least past xmas), but perhaps Wade and Lebron's games do not compliment each other. Either that or the coach hasn't devised a plan that maximizes each player's talents. The blame needs to be spread around equally. If they thought simply showing up on the floor together was going to cut it, they're in for a rude awakening.

What do you think the Heat should do to make them better because its obvious the "big 3" is not going to get it done.
I think Miami is need the tactical coordination now.Wade,James and Bosh there is need someone to make a sacrifice between them.

The Pacers are a .500 team that has gone toe to toe with the Magic and Spurs this year, this isn't the Clippers you're talking about.

True, however, Don Nelson would only help them score more points and make it into the playoffs.

He really would not help them become defensive specialists to win a championship.

What may be getting lost in all of this, is that if the Heat are going to struggle, now is the time. Theres what, 5 teams in the east north of .500? Its not exactly shocking there is going to be a learning period for this team. I am not sold on this team winning it all, but most of this is knee-jerk stuff in this thread. We, including myself, were so anxious to jump all over this team now that they aren't 15-0 we are all like OMG I TOLD YOU SO. Lets give it a little more time before we bury them.

I am not burying them but haven't they lost against he Celtics twice?

But when I was defending the Lakers and the Celtics from those claiming the Heat were going to to this and that, especially from Greg1977.

Go back to my past posts about the Heat, when so many people were saying that they would be unstoppable and better than the Lakers.

My argument was that despite the talent that the Heat have, the Lakers and Celtics still have more talent spread out and are a better "overall" constructed team.

Maybe the Heat might just run off 30 straight wins and shock us all....who knows.
