before i go on to the other posts, this is by far theeee most frustrating thing about being a knicks fan. moving along:
Judging by those quotes - I guess the only thing worse then the Knicks defense is their fans grammar! Zing!

I'm only kidding, I agree with you that the Knick fans were unfairly described by earlier posts. NYC is known to be a fabulous sports city, and even if the Knicks are at the bottom of that fandom, it is still a very sizable, loyal fanbase.

Sizeable and passionate I will agree with.

Loyal? Sorry, NY fans booed Ewing towards the end of his career.

They've booed Jeter, A Rod and pretty much every other player that has had a slump.

I'm not saying anything that any NYer would say, it's what have you done for me lately and NY is the big stage where expectations are sky high.

Carmelo got open arms and within 10 games was getting booed. Welcome to NY kid!

They gutted the team to get Carmelo so to so suddenly turn tells me the fans aren't very knowledgable about the trade in the first place.

Tally so far on the Knicks throwing away their future...
Denver: 9-4
New York: 7-9

Again, Melo is insanely overrated.

I'm guessing that's the mom of one of Bostons big names.

Hey Spike should be smiling, he is a TRUE NY Knick fan and has been around through thick and thin....and a heckuva lot worse than a .500 season and playoff berth.

Wonder if the boos have anything to do with a 49% increase in ticket prices just after Carmelo walked in the door... Maybe Dolan should of waited till the team has a chance in the playoffs before raising the prices to the roof!

Wow. I didn't know that.

Heh, the Dolans are pretty clueless. However, people hate them so much already that I really don't see how it can get any worse.

They probably just said, "fk the stupid fans and media...they hate us anyway and they will pay it anyway."
