I'm looking forward to the Knicks - Orlando game tonight if for no other reason to watch all the bandwagoners pile on or jump off depending how it plays out.

I have to admit that I'm amused by the Knicks fans (sorry real Knicks fans that have suffered through the bad, you are in for one heckuva infestation.) prognostications and they are making the wind down of the season entertaining.

I'm in the minority in that I still think it was a good LONG TERM move by the Knicks....it's just funny to watch the (very) casual NBA fans come pouring out of the woodwork and not even understand what calling NY "nuevo Pheonix" implies.

P.S. I'm dying to know what is being said in the NY media about this. I know they hate the Dolans more than cancer so that must be fasicnating sports talk radio and articles.

At the moment, we're still living through the 'honeymoon' phase of the trade. Everything is all lovey-dovey, Anthony is going to lead us to the playoffs, and for that additional human interest sort of stuff real sports fans find so obnoxious, his wife is preparing to take the city by storm. Everything is all positive and thumbs-up in the New York papers these days. (We shall see how long this lasts!)

Seriously? the Knicks were already going to make the playoffs (by default) in the east.

FYI - to the new bandwagon fans out there. Amare has 2 rebounds right now and the Magic are shooting 52% from the field....yeah, portents of the future right there. (and no, this is not isolated.)

Oh wait...game over and they bombed 30 x 3 point shots and lost. I guess that is a strategy when you are softer than Snookis belly. 2 rebounds for Amare.....ouch.

That loud pinging sound is the NY fans jumping off the bandwagon today....seriously, you guys are murder on the shock absorbers.

i put a TON of the defensive onus on the porn-stache having coach they have. mike d'antoni is a regualr season, offensive wonder. his teams have NEVER played defense, hell he thinks the word defense is the thing that surrounds his back yard. he has NO idea thus he is ok with his players not knowing it either. he is still stuck in the 7 seconds or less mentality and will never get past it.
