Yeah, I liked him and Noah taking it to the rack like that. Had to lol at the replay when Noah got the tech foul (which he deserved). Clearly a foul unless the elbow is also considered part of the ball.

Just thought I would bring this up (from the regular season thread), given that it is now official.

Good call, however here in Chicago they have been chanting "M.V.P" since the first home game of the year, and at the time I remember thinking how ridiculous it was. We are all really proud of him.

Touching moment in his press conference where he was thanking his mom and they were both in tears. Chicago loves you Derrick

Heat hold homecourt vs. Celtics.
Rondo looked so-so until he was able to pad his stats in the last couple minutes when the Heat ran out the clock and guarded against the 3.

Heat took care of the boards for a 2nd straight game which is frankly their weakest area....I am still shaking my head over the Kendrick Perkins trade.

I don't see the Celtics recovering to win the series.

I think if Lebron can play closer to the basket as opposed to dancing out on the perimeter, he gives the Heat an extra rebounder alongside Bosh. Let Wade do most of the playmaking on the perimeter, and I think they'll be in great shape, especially as Wade can penetrate Boston's D better than Lebron can.

Trading Perk may have been the worst move in the NBA this year.

On the plus side for Boston, they've got half a week to rest at home before Game 3, which is huge given that Rondo, Pierce and Allen are banged up.

Lot of pressure on the Mavs tonight. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Lakers win

Um....Lakers win they are still down 2-1. They lose tonight and the series is essentially over. Pressure is clearly on the Lakers not that it matters....should be a good game.

P.S. Bulls just curbstomped Atlanta....and you said they have no stars? Um, you mean their 5-time allstar doesn't count or their all-star center? Dude, what time is it 4:20?
