Like a lot of people I am a numbers guy. I try to factor everything into a series beyond the results of 2 games. I know the Bulls are a better team, by a decent margin, and have every right to feel confident they will win the series.

Bulls didn't play too bad.
Not great, but not bad.

I approve.

They need to shoot better. Defense was good tonight, especially by Luol Deng in the 4th quarter. He was all over the place.

Atlanta shot poorly mixed in with someone other than Rose shooting well + Chicago won the boards = win for Chicago.

Do note Crawford isn't going to shoot 2 for 10 all series and the same goes for Horford not shooting 3 for 12 all series so Chicago shouldn't be confident.

Chicago didn't shoot well either. Korver was 1-9, and Rose actually shot worse from the field than he did in Game 1. And Boozer, well we don't need to really talk about Boozer.

The Celtics and Heat don't really scare me.
The Heat actually don't match-up well vs. the Bulls.

Every time the Bulls have a hiccup you declare them dead and then wave off any success. lol.

Whomever comes out of the west will arguably be favored over the Bulls if they do get there.

Yes. He shoots 43% since joining ATL. He has off games but never gets in a funk. In other words, a bad shooting game, a good shooting game. Normally when he does well he shoots more than the 10 shots that he took last game vs the 16 he shot for 50% in Game 1. Thus, the comment don't expect him to go 20% again next game.

The Bulls are the best defensive team in the league.

He likes to shoot even if there is a hand in his face. He's shooting <40% already this series and I expect that to continue.

Will it be 20%? Nope....but it will be low enough to hurt Atlanta more nights than not. He will almost certainly have another big game in this series, he's streaky....but he will have 2 more games where he seriously hurts Atlanta's chances.

These are two ugly teams. Sloppy, almost out-of-control play at times. Neither looks like a champion. If either team makes it to the Finals, I'll be very surprised.
