Heat won't be beat, we can crown them now

Oh well, maybe the lockout next year can prevent them from winning a title

It just figures, my Bulls finally put together a great team, the same damn year a super team decides to form itself in south beach. (I'm being intentionally over dramatic about this, but this Heat team is scary for the next half decade).

especially when they finally get a good pt. guard and center this summer. I am thinking if they do that, they can probably go after your Bull's 72 game win record set in 96'. It just sucks to be a fan of any other team going into next season.

I like to think that is still untouchable. But who knows, like you said, ad d a good PG, get some rough and tough thugs on the bench....my god.

Keep in mind that they've only been together for 1 yr with Haslem/Miller only just now getting into the swing of things. Any team wanting to contend for a title next year will seriously need to be active this summer in free agency and trade talks. Obviously, the CBA is still looming, but to beat the Heat, a serious upgrade in any roster would be needed.

It's actually amazing that the Heat are 2-1 in the finals given their offense, it's absolutely horrid at times. It's crazy to imagine if they actually put a solid offensive system in place, and shore up their roster with some more size.

If I know my NBA, the refs will be leaning hard for Dallas tomorrow. Doesn't mean they can't lose, but it doesn't hurt.
