I"m hoping he gets the job so this clown won't be on ABC anymore saying

"man dowm hand down"

"Momma there goes that man"

"That was a grown man move"

I hope he gets the job as well... I think because he played the point guard position the transition should be easy for him because of his experience in big games.... He was a floor general and could teach monte ellis and stephon curry how to be a better point guard..

I don't think he'll get it. I think he would be too much like Keith smart. I want Lawrence Frank.

I think mark would have some success like Avery Johnson... The fans there are loyal and deserve to be a contender with defense being a priority...

I believe it's "Hand's down, Man's down."

I like Mark Jackson. He's smart, full of depth, and knows basketball. He's an eastern guy from Brooklyn, meaning he likely has a deep insight into human nature and can connect with the players on a deep level. He's likely a good judge of character and heart. He's also probably an excellent judge of talent, something the talent scouts in the Warriors organization have never been good at.

He was an exceptional basketball player and now an exceptional TV analyst as well. I enjoy his commentary and find it very informative. He obviously takes it seriously and would do the same for coaching. Turning the Warriors around is going to be a tough task for any coach and MJ not a bad choice IMO.

Yea... Im not a fan of his or Van Gundy. I can't believe they are the best announcing team ABC has... I miss the NBA on NBC days.

You have to realize that Mark Jackson came from St.Johns as did Chris Mullin (one of my favorites). Jackson really doesn't have much to offer. LF or either Van Gundy would be my choices. We do have good scouting but had ownership issue for quite some time; sometimes you have to pass up the best player and go for your needs first. We need a powerful, rebounding center. We need a young Shaq in the middle.

Well it's official,he's our new coach; and they wonder why we don't win. I'm definitely not thrilled with this one.

Default Good for the W's

Mark Jackson is a good man. I wish him well and hope he's successful in bringing an entirely different type of mentality to this team.
