Getting way ahead of yourself.

Gotta give mad props to this team. This team will always have a real soft spot for me. I live in SoCal and when they murdered the Lakers, I LOVED IT! All these d-bag Laker fans here not accepting the dynasty is over. "We're gonna get Howard after next year." No stupid, you are not. As a lifelong Magic fan, I don't see him going to LA. Kobe is old now and the rest of the team is a joke. He'll go to Chicago or OK before he'll go to the Lakers. I don't see him staying with Orlando so don't say I'm bias.

Then, they beat the other most annoying team in the league in the finals. Thank you Dallas for shutting up the most two annoying fanbase in the league. Real happy for vets like Dirk, Terry, Kidd, and Marion.

One thing i was getting real annoyed with was what they commentators were saying about the fight. They kept talking about game 7 suspensions as if game 7 was a lock. Hey stupid, this is it if Dallas wins yet they never even talked about it.

One nice thing (at least to some of us) about the Mavericks' title is not only did they prevent that megalomaniac LeBron James from winning the title, and not only did Jason Kidd and Dirk Nowitzki finally reach the mountain top, but the Mavericks have become the second DFW team in the last year to overshadow the Dallas Cowboys in their own market.
I will say the same.... BUT, it's only brief. As soon as football season starts up again, it'll be all Cowboys, as usual.

Seeing how good this team is, I now feel that the Blazers did extremely well against the Mavericks in the earlier play-offs. And I'm glad that the Mavericks won. They are a terrific team, and I'm happy for Dirk and Jason and "Terry" and all the rest.
