What's your point? The Heat played in the NBA Finals the Cavaliers were a lottery team.

All things put in perspective Miami had a decent year. Unfortunately when you come out and say you are going to win mutiiple championships the media and public put a bulleye on your back. I don't feel sorry for the Heat but they draw more than their fair share of hate. But that's the price you pay for coming out and declaring you are going to win multiple NBA championships. Until they actually go out and win a least one championship they will have that self-imposed monkey on their back.

Does anybody buy his sneakers??? I still see a lot of kids and older folks buying Jordan apparel and sneakers. Jordan = GOAT (greatest of all time).

jordan is a brand not just a shoe like it used to be. now jordan the brand makes cp3 and dwade shoes. its not like it used to be when nike made the jordan line. they make kobe shoes and LEBRON shoes. jordan was arguably the greatest player we will ever see, but the marketing guys at nike earned their pay checks when they made jordan shoes.

Lebron could end up earning more $$ than Jordan over his lifetime. I do think he has to elevate his game somewhat to do it. He could end up with $1 bil net worth, so i'm never gonna feel sorry for the guy.

Also, the mere fact that so many people are rooting against him makes many others root for him. Just the way our society is.

I think you meant Kobe fans know about licking Kobe's balls and Lebron fans know about nothing.

Maybe not. I don't see Lebron doing Hanes commercials at 48.

jordan is rumored to be worth about 400 mil. lebron on the other hand is rumored to be worth between 270m and 300m. i would say lebron will pass jordan in 5 more years max. baring career ending injury of course.

Oh well, I can safely say he'll never surpass him as a player though

This coming season (assuming the lockout doesn't interfere with it) will show us all whether James has learned anything as regards his public demeanor. If I had to bet, I'd bet that he hasn't. That "King James" business has gone straight to his head, and now that he's jumped the Cleveland ship, he's beyond hope. The only thing that will ever have any effect on him is an inability to win the championship.
