I think you have pretty obvious need at one specific position on your roster. I'll be very curious to see if you fill it.

I'm pretty much 2 deep at every position, except one. Though I think I've picked a number of players who could technically fill multiple roles, which was very much a priority.

I've identified a few needs, more a niche role than a 'specific' position. But with this next pick, I've believe I've addressed the issue of not having a single 'knock-down' 3pt shooter( the niche) and the position( a 2nd classic prototypical shooting guard).

This guy was one of the best shooting guards of the 90's, consistent night in, night out, tough and physical. Like Drexler, he had the misfortune of playing at the same time as Jordan, so he flew under the radar. But he was a multiple time all-star, an olympian, had ten straight seasons of 21ppg or more, and fills my need for a dependable shooting guard behind Drexler. Most important, he can flat out shoot the rock( which funny enough is his nickname). He was a member of one of the most dynamic scoring trios of the 90's, known as Run TMC. He's:

Spoiler

Mitch Richmond from the Uni of Kansas state.

Career highlights:

A personal 90's favorite of mine, and look even good enough to have his own NBA live cover!

Final pick to come shortly....

Im confused though by your comment of the "best player to never play in the NBA..."

If its not Sabonis, don't post it as we don't want any undrafted players mentioned ITT
Yes, bad writing on my part...I meant to say in his prime.
I absolutely remember him playing in the NBA and how *good* he was despite having lost a step. Heard some scary scary things about just how much faster he'd been once upon a time.

Yeah, the prestige of the MVP and of course all-star appearances (Thankyou Chinese internet voters) has slid IMO.

Sabonis would have been dynamite if he had played in the NBA during his mid 20's.

I think your only potential weakness in the starting lineup is your backcourt defensively, but their production on the other end easily outweighs it.
I think with Malone and Howard patrolling the paint that helps the perimeter defenders immensely. Both of those guys are IMO as good as it gets defensively for their positions.

Malone wasn't one to challenge guys at the rim or block shots. He was a 'crafty' defender... the type who would 'pull out the chair' when someone was trying to back him in, and he was very good at stripping the ball, especially if the offensive player brought the ball down by his waist.
