I seriously don't think Howard has the "killer" instinct guys like MJ and Kobe have. I don't think he cares about his legacy. I think he just wants to win. His best chances at winning with the current landscape would be with the Bulls. The Magic have tried several times in the last 13 years to make a championship team but they have had some bad luck and poor decisions. Grant Hill and T-Mac were suppose to be the best duo about ten years but Hill was constantly hurt. Then they bring in Lewis and Carter and they don't do anywhere near as expected. They go get Hudo back and bring Richardson but they aren't enough at all. If Arenas magically becomes the player he was 3 years ago, that would make the Magic a legit threat in the east but I doubt that. Though, I do remember some talk with getting CP3 to Orlando and starting a new big 3 there which would be become cool but highly unlikely.

Lakers bought their rings. Others actually earned it through drafts.

I would rather see him make a legacy somewhere else: Be one of one (If that makes sense).
yeah, plus remember the Lakers beat his Orlando Magic in the 2009 NBA Finals, if he went to the Lakers it would be like "If you can't beat them, join them", I would like to see him go to the Celtics, the Celtics have not had a major-superstar Center since Bill Russell, or if you count Robert Parish too

Well, there is a salary cap in the NBA...there isnt in MLB. Are the Lakers really spending way more money than the rest of the NBA compared to the Yankees in the MLB?
