agree. OKC seems like a humble squad, and I wouldn't be surprised if they all stayed with each other in the small market of OKC. I love that about them. No big egos like most of the other NBA playoff teams.

Maybe its just my own perception... But Westbrook looks like he has an ego and at some point will want to go to a big city market.
Especially after seeing his attention grabbing fashion statement during the post game interview of game 1 with the Lakers...

Yeah I agree, if anyone is likely to bolt it's probably Westbrook, especially if the media continues to play up the 'who's the alphadog' on the Thunder. I can see Westbrook wanting his 'own' team....

Agreed. Winning fixes a lot of things though so if OKC struggles then that's one thing, if they do well it may be another.
the fact that the Lakers were able to pull off that Dwight Howard trade, seriously, why are the Lakers literally always good? how do they always never rebuild but just reload quickly? and the Lakers get nowhere nearly as much hatred as the Yankees of MLB do

Because the Lakers can't just keep spending like the Yankees do.
I mean seriously, let's not insult the Lakers management when the Knicks haven't won their division in 18 years.
Really, the Lakers are seriously well run, if you want to try to compare them to the Yankees then I have to just shrug and consider your NBA knowledge to be about that of a 22yo porn-actress trying to go mainstream by sitting in row 2 of a Lakers game with a 50yo producer.

Because they're arguably the most storied franchise in nba history( Celtics being the other) and being a 'Laker' carries a certain prestige. I'm guessing the L.A lifestyle factors somewhere in this and last but not least, their front office knows how to keep the team competitive and relevant.

True.
As much as I try to repress any knowledge of Shaq's acting *shudder*, one big reason he wanted to come to LA was because he was trying to develop his acting career.
Anyone remember "Steel"? I should see if that's on netflix instant watch and have my kids watch it just for laughs.
