Looks like Nash had a pre-nup where he pays no spousal support.

The divorce was filed the day after his 3rd kid was born....but the big rumor is that the kid isn't his due to having decidedly african american features.

Giving the timing of the divorce, I suspect this is true which would mean Nash is going to get off pretty cheaply.

Sets the Cavs back even further from improving, and given the current state of the economy the city could use the money that the Cavs generate.

Pro-basketball player, is his profession. He won't be getting off cheaply and alot of time they figure in Future Earnings.
