Wow at reffing during Syracuse game. I have to imagine those refs will face consequences.

I knew they would have trouble without Fab but man requiring the refs to help a little in a 1 vs 16 matchup... WOW.

Agree with both. What conference were the refs from? Hubby and I joked from our big 10. The refs have been embarrassing in the big 10 this year. For and against pretty much all the teams.

I want the PLAYERS, not the zebras, to decide games.

On a side note, of course, go THE Ohio State Buckeyes!!!!!!

Doesn't mean they would have lost. They were still up three. And technically, their should have been a foul called to even that out. But I digress. As a Syracuse fan I am getting very tired of their postseason push...It's pathetic. They are a great season team. But come playoffs, they always undersucceed..They never play to their potential. Jim Boheim is very over-rated as a coach. Just three final fours in 35 plus years. That is not acceptable. This team seams cursed. Like two years ago, when they had the best team and Onuaku got injured right before the NCAA tourney. Now this year Fab Mello. It's almost comical if your not a fan. It's sickening if you are. I can't take it anymore. This will be the last year I watch the "Cuse". And I have been a die hard fan for years. But until they get rid of that arrogant coach they have, I'm done with them. Can't take the constant let downs anymore. I would rather not watch, then watch them look great time in time again during the season only to lose to a team they should beat. Or to have these crazy things happen to them (ala, injuries, suspensions, ineligibilities, etc.)...It's getting old.

Any other Syracuse fans tired of it? I got two teams that have been pretty dissapointing. For football I'm a Michigan fan. This year wasn't bad, but they've been pretty bad since Chad Henne left..

Signed..A very annoyed sports fan..

am drinking a beer (So I guess if you are under 21, ignore this post) Watching my Wife's Alma Mater Georgetown beat up on Belmont (But it is the first period , so should Belmont mount a comeback never mind)
Tomorrow is St Pattys day (I am drinking Guinness so if you are anti Irish please disregard this post) I hope G-Town is still in the tourney tomorrow
I love these college Tourneys. We get to see schools that we would never see in the National spotlight if this were BCS Football. (If you are from a big school like Ohio State or Texas, you may want to disregard this post) Too often the big schools can buy their way into a season bowl game, but in the March Madness, any school can beat anyone. remember Butler?
I enjoy the fact too that Basketball is a purely American sport. Invented in Mass by a PE teacher who wanted a way to keep his athletes in shape during the winter months. (If you are anti American, get lost)
I also enjoy playing the Brackets. Although I do not bet any money and I never do as well as the President, I have fun.
Having fun with a beer in hand helps too
Hope you all are enjoying the tourney. If not, well, it is only a game....

Yes, evidently a player on a 16 seed is allowed to push a player on a 1 seed and when nothing is called, it's the 16 seed that is somehow getting screwed.
