But when the 76ers beat the Bulls without Deng and Rip playing....you said that wasn't an excuse.
Also according to your logic this means the Lakers are better than the Heat.
The Bulls beat the 76ers for the first time in the last 4 games so I didn't care about Deng being missing. Also the Lakers are a better team than the 76ers so not sure why you used them as an example. And like I said before, the Bulls shouldn't need their entire team to beat the 76ers since Rose was still playing. The Nets were able to beat them with Derron Williams. And even though they won last night I wasn't impressed because they just barely got out of philly with a win with all their teammates in the lineup. Not impressed and they are not on the Heat's level.
The Lakers making the finals would be miraculous. I wonder what the Vegas line is for the Lakers to win the WCF right now.
Its irrelevant what the Vegas line is. It will be decided in the paint. The Lakers have the size to dominate there. If Bynum puts up MVP type of numbers, which he is capable, the Lakers will be a major threat and go deep in the playoffs.

Bynum is good, he is NOT an MVP level player though no matter how many times the Lakers fans say so. Bynum averages 16-13 and plays about 35min per game. Noah of the Bulls averages 10-10 in just 30 min. and Gortat in Pheonix averages about 16-11. There you have it....Bynum is a modestly better than Noah and Gortat.
Always funny to see the Laker fans come out of the woodwork after they beat the Heat (without Bosh) but they seem oddly absent when OKC gave them a beatdown last week.
Now suddenly the Lakers are going to make some noise in the playoffs and you like thier chances against OKC and so on and so forth.
OKC handled the paint quite nicely against the Lakers too.

Man someone sure gets cranky when his team starts falling apart like we warned you they would.

Yeah the Sixers are starting to play better teams and I think most teams know now that the sixers can only score if they are on the break. Make them a halfcourt team and it's over

How many titles have the Bulls and the Suns won in the last 10 years or so? 0 ..These are the Lakers who have won 2 of the last 3. This is a proven winner. My point is that the Lakers have the ability to dominate inside, getting the easy high % hoops. The key will be Bynum, and he's had big games in the playoffs.
You cite the "beatdown" vs OKC, well the Lakers have lost in OKC in playoffs..but WHO won the series? You gotta remember this is the NBA, nothing will be easy. Dont put too much stock in one game it will make you look foolish. In addition you seem to think that OKC is the better team, again dont be fooled by the best record in the conference. There are no guarantees. As I recall there have been number one seeds that lost in the opening round recently.

A couple comments:
1) I have no idea why you are mentioning the Bulls and the Suns.
2) Go look at your calendar, it's no longer 2010. It's really that simple, I don't see Celtics fans running around predicting they might be dangerous in the playoffs this year.
