Funny how right after that article Kobe goes 40 or more for 4 straight. Granted last night was a different story in such a low scoring game.

Dwight may be facing manslaughter charges after tonights game agaisnt Bynum. Seriously....this is a statement game and so far Bynums statement is "be gentle".

Not halftime yet and Dwight has a double-double...Bynum has 3 fouls 1 pt and 3 rebounds.

Came to post this. Howard is so far beyond any other player at his position, it's impressive but also speaks to how weak the center crop currently is.

Howard basically matched Bynum+ Gasol.

But hey, it's the regular season......so it doesn't matter. Oh, and back in 2008, Howard wasn't dominant.

Really, thats funny stuff right there.

If Lebron is soft then where can the Sixers find 5 guys like him.

It took losing to the Mavs in embarrassing fashion for Lebron to get that edge. Curious to see if you would have bothered bumping this thread if Ray Allen didn't hit the big 3 in game 6 and the Spurs won.

Seeing as how Lebron carried the Heat throughout the playoffs.....yes.

You want me to blame Kobe for the playoff loss the last year Shaq and him were together because Robert Horry shot something like 3-27 from outside that series? Does that make Kobe "soft" because the team came up short that year?

James did not "carry" that team. He got alot of help from Allen, Anderson, and Mario. I will say Bosh and Wade definitely did not live up to the Big 3 hype. Also, the Heat pretty much got to the Western Conference finals with little work needed compared to any team coming out of the West.

The one thing Kobe isn't is "soft". Kobe is the anti-Lebron. He's a true leader but not a good teammate. Lebron has become a leader and is a great teammate.

Either way, it took James 8 years and his 3rd Finals trip to get the ring. And I'm saying it now, the Heat aren't making it to the Finals. Four years in a row, that ain't happening. James will get one more ring with a different team and that will be it.
