Mark had a long career in the NBA although he played for a lot of teams he was a decent point guard.

I do like how Golden State gave Mark a chance to coach even though he had no prior coaching experience.

So, I'll follow his Rookie year and see how he does

Make any comments about Mark as a coach.

His strategy tonight against Orlando was not good. They sent Howard to the line 39 times. Howard put up 45 points and 23 rebounds.

Yeah, I understand the reasoning behind "Hack-A-Howard", but that is simply too many fouls. At least Howard got to practice free throws in a game situation!

Don Nelson was very effective with this strategy when he did it against Shaq but DH is better on the line. I like the strategy but you have to know early when it's not working. Otherwise I think Jackson has done a pretty good job with the team so far. Now if Curry can stay healthy, the record should improve.

Warriors fall on their face against the freakin BOBCATS right after the Hack-a-Howard failure. Sorry Lancet but so far I don't see the change in the organization yet, though I'll give Jackson some time to learn on the job like any rookie. All I'm hoping for now is a bad enough season to get a top-five pick in the draft for the kind of talent who will truly make a difference for the Dubs.

Yeah, I think the whole organization is going to have to change...is Jackson the guy to jumpstart that? I guess we will see...

I totally see the change but not all guys have bought iinto it entirely as of now. Jackson also has to make smarter decisions with the lineup. With Curry out, Nate should have been starting and not Jenkins. They also brought in Kwame Brown for defense and he was doing well but now he'll be gone for a few months if not the whole season. Now if he can work on foul shooting with a few of our guys, it might help.
