Well the Spurs aren't unstoppable and the Lakers are far from being done.

However, in light of the thread here....they are surely playing better than the Lakers team of 2 months ago....so I tip my hat to them.
Artest is playing better, so is Gasol, Bynum has established himself as the clear 2nd best center, Sessions has contributed..... this team can do some damage in the playoffs if Kobe plays a facilitator role in the playoffs, since he won't be in his season-long 'win the scoring title' chucking mode.

Yeah, the Lakers are the wild card in the west.

I'm really looking forward to the playoffs.

I don't see why the Lakers can't make some head way in the playoffs as they've got Bynum playing well and Sessions has added to the roster nicely.

The Lakers suck because they have no team. No coach and no triangle offense to run. And why the hell did yall trade Fish and Odem. Stupid Stupid.

Go Spurs Go.

They have the same squad they had last year except a weaker bench and an older Kobe whom can no longer play shutdown defense like he once could AND score 30pts at the other end of the court.

This is not a knock on Kobe, just a natural progression other all-time greats have faced.

I cannot see them getting out of the 2nd round at best.

Give them 3 guys off the Bulls bench and they are as good as anyone.
