Artest Penalty
Ok, let's hear your predictions....what do you think Stern will hit him with?
I'm thinking something like 50-100 games suspension which will effectively end his NBA career.

Won't be that long, I'd say the rest of the season. And at that point, LA will likely cut him and no-one else will pick him up. So yes, that could have been Ron Artest's final moment in the NBA. What a legacy....

10 games i think is pretty realistic. the lakers may amnesty him for next season but more likely i think they let him finish out his contract after the suspension is over.

I was thinking 2 games... wasn't that big of an elbow, just hit him in the wrong spot.

Yes, including the playoffs. I don't think Stern allows him to play anymore this year. |

Let's put it this way....Bynum got 5 games for elbowing Barea in the ribs last playoffs( reduced to 4 because of the shortened season). And he has no prior history or reputation. We're talking a full elbow swing and connect to the head from a guy with a notoriously bad rep. Artest can only pray that 10 games is all he receives.
