I don't give a crap how you feel about Cuban....but the dude BLEEEEEEDS basketball and turned one of the perennial strugglers into a champion.

They made a conscious decision not to resign chandler longterm. They have a ton of cash now....they may have the last laugh under the new CBA.

I really have no opinion of the guy other than thinking he's once of the top 5 owners in the NBA.

Bulls were biggest threat to Heat with Rose? Says who? Based on what?
And then somebody said the Magic and the Hawks were two of the biggest threats to the Heat pre-injuries, that's hilarious! The Magic have sucked even with Howard and the Hawks are just ok. There must be no New England sports fans posting on these recent pages cause clearly nobody here except 1 remark by 1 guy saying if they have allen (who returned last night and played nearly 40 minutes and looked fine) they have a long shot. I'm a Celtic fan and I believe in my team. They dealt with Miami just fine in the regular season, in Boston and in Miami. Other than last year they have dominated Lebron and Wade led teams in the playoffs. The Knicks aren't putting up any kind of fight to prepare the Heat for the next round, while the Celtics are pulling out gritty wins, at times without key starters, against a very game Hawks team. A lot of people were counting out the Celtics in the 2010 playoffs when many believed they could not beat a hot Magic team in the ECF, they did and took the Lakers to a Game 7 in the finals. I have a lot more faith in the Celtics who've "done it", then a wannabe Miami team whose yet to prove a damn thing. So I put the doubters on notice now, don't be surprised if the Celtics take the heat OUT, and the Bulls with Rose were never a lock for anything, that's why they play the series'.

Actually, the opposite is true. Lebron AND wade together on a team are 1-0 vs the celtics. Sure the Cs beat crappy cav teams once the league and McHale rigged the most lopsided trade in NBA history to make Boston basketball relevant again, but that means nothing now.

Celtics are older and their window is slamming shut, so savor this chance if you think they have they have it in them this year, as they will be totally irrelevant within 2 year until someone rigs thm to be good again.

You mad the bulls are about to get knocked off(if they even get past Philly) by the celts?
I wouldn't be surprised if the celtics knocked off the heat this time around

That's it talk smack about the Bulls when their best player goes down with a devastating injury which IMO has affected the teams morale.

A healthy Bulls squad would make it past the Celtics. <shrug>

I think the celtics have little chance of making the finals.

Mavericks

Got to give OKC their props. Harden was a beast tonight.

Hopefully since Odom left early (what a waste of a signing) a few others will be following suit (I'm looking at you Vince Carter). Too bad they couldn't come to terms with Chandler. I somewhat feel like this team mentally wasn't into it when it was announced he wasn't coming back.

In short, the Mavs looked old this season and I think the writing is on the wall that big changes will be coming this summer.

EC playoffs hasn't been the same w/o Rose and Lin...honestly haven't been watching much of it especially the Magic/Pacers series...

WC playoffs was not as competitive thus far with Spurs, OKC sweeping. Certainly these two teams are the front runners in WC with Spurs probably having a bit more to get in the Finals. I'm hoping the Nuggets can tie the series tonite and make that series very competitive, maybe going all 7 games. Same for the Grizz/Clips series.

So with the bulls on the brink now down 3-1 in the series, does thibs finally regret having rose in the game with a comfortable lead and game in hand? He has said all along that he didn't regret it at all but I'm not buying it.

Bulls are the 2011 spurs vs griz all over again.

Not mad, I knew it was over when rose went down. But I'd be vey interested to hear why you think a Boston team who couldn't do it last year, is going to beat a better heat tem this year. Outside of homerism of course
