They are going to slide Spencer Hawes to power forward in which he should flourish in the position since he is already a good jump shooter for a big man. Getting rid of Andre Iguodala was probably the best thing the organization could do to help guys like Evan Turner grow.

plus how do you list the pacers and hawks as better than the sixers next year but not chicago?

The heat are still the best team.

But after that Sixers are right in the discussion with the Celtics and Bulls as far as which team is the second best.

The pacers, knicks and nets are in the next tier. No other team in the east really matters. Atlanta got worse this offseason while other eastern teams got a lot better. I like the moves Atlanta made this offseason, but they were all about getting cap flexibility in 2013 and making a splash then, in the short term atlanta stepped backwards.
I didn't mention the Bulls because they won't be good this year because Rose won't be their until January and they lost Korver and Asik. And are you saying Jason Richardson and Andrew Bynum makes the Sixers a 2 seed? If Bynum and Richardson were that good then the Magic would have made the 2nd round and the Lakers would have been in the WCF.

Are you saying the Lakers just got the great Jodie Meeks? So this is what the Lakers were really trying to do all along. Boy did the Lakers have me fooled. All this time I thought the Lakers ultimate goal was to get Dwight Howard but come to find out, their true intentions all along were to try and lure Jodie Meeks to the Lakers by using Dwight Howard as bait. As we all know that Jodie Meeks was that one guy that the Lakers really need to put them over the top and win a championship.

I didn't think Jodie Meeks would be someone the lakers would sign since he can only shoot three's and not really that good at it.

You gotta wonder how well Bynum and Collins will get along...heard Collins is a no nonsense type of guy...he abhors immaturity...i think he will re-sign just like Howard would since it is hard to leave $ on the table, but Bynum is a bit unpredictable with his immaturity especially if the 76ers start losing games. The fans in Phillly don't want to have a bad year. He needs to lose some weight with those knees as he gets older going forward. Check this tweet out when Rob Hennigan was asked about not getting Bynum in a trade:

John Denton ‏@JohnDenton555

#Magic GM Rob Hennigan didn’t want to specifically address the availability of Andrew Bynum, but he ultimately said "we did our homework"

Looking at how the players fit together, I suspect that Bynum means that Allen will pick up some decent playing time at PF at Hawes expense.

I don't see how Bynum and Hawes fit together too well on the court, especially on offense. If Hawes is out there then it looks like the ball handling gets screwed up.

I do see Hawes with Brown, that wouldn't be a bad tandem, but Bynum with Hawes or Brown wouldn't space very well.

Bynum was unable to do anything on a team with a star player and good players so what is he really going to do on a sixers team whose best player is Jrue Holiday?
