ESPN is a big steaming pile of crap.

Lakers D is at best mediocre and that's ONLY when Dwight is healthy.

I do know for a fact that the Lakers will not be in the playoffs in April which will disappoint ESPN.

I was thinking that until Houston and a few other of the bubble playoff teams started hemoraghing losses.

Lakers might only have to get to .525 or so instead of .580 and that's about a 4 win swing on an 82 game season.

Hard to say.

Dang, "old man" Tim Duncan did some serious damage to the 76ers last night.

Averaging 17-10 in only 30minutes per game and he is 36.

Curious to see if the Spurs can beat OKC in the playoffs....just seems like the Spurs are never healthy by the end of the season which is what happens with older players.

If they can all be healthy, maybe this could be a "last hurrah" type year for the veterans.

I don't know what fountain of youth Duncan and Garnett have found over the last 2 years but they've been balling for being old 'geezers' lol....

D Rose to begin 'full contact' practice this week. Not sure exactly where that means he is in his journey back to the court, but it sounds like good news.

Bulls are more than holding their own without him, so if he can come back fresh and not too rusty - ECF is very, very possible for this Bulls team.

Look forward to see the OKC/LA Clippers matchup tonight, especially since the NBA League Pass is free from tonight until January 27th

Tim Duncan does no high wire dunks and fast cuts. All movements are basic. He could probably play past 40.

"I've tried to go out of my way to get him the ball," Bryant told Y! Sports. "Sometimes I end up looking like an idiot, because I get up in the air, I've got a shot, but I try to find him. But he thinks I'm going to shoot, so his back is turned. I'm trying to think about getting him the ball a lot – take care of him as much as I possibly can. It takes me out of rhythm a little bit, but I'm fine with that. If that's going to help our team, I'm more than willing to do that."
----Kobe rejecting Howard's comment about not getting ball enough after Bulls game and Howard was walking around the lockeroom with the stat sheet in his hand saying he shot the ball only 5 times.

Exasperated Kobe says he's 'looking like an idiot' forcing ball to Howard - CBSSports.com
