If they were alone just the player and them I bet none of these cowards would have done anything, but they have the mob behind them so it made them feel invincible. What are they supposed to do wait for the first punch to be thrown? Keep getting pounded by liquids? The security staff should have all been fired after this. If a fan threw a bottle of water or something else at Alex Trebec during a filming of Jeapordy and the security didn't remove him I think Alex has the right to retaliate....lol...This brawl was crazy though, I remember watching some other game and flipping it over to this after the other game's announcers got word of this brawl...
