Wow. I've seen every single Nuggets game this season, and that was by far their worst defensive effort of the year. Kudos to the Warriors in hitting a ton of shots, but you're supposed to when the defense leaves you wide open.
What a horrible effort. George Karl didn't seem to make any in-game adjustments and the overall hustle level from the Nuggs was terrible.
I was impressed with the Warriors in game 1 on how well they played on the road despite losing. When David Lee went down, I thought the Nuggets had this. Not so fast, the Warriors shot 64% and put up 131 points on the Nuggets last night. Great entertaining series. Although I don't think the Warriors will continue to shoot that well, they will give the Nuggets all they can handle in this series. Mark Jackson has done a marvelous job and should receive high consideration for Coach of the Year.
holy crap he nuggets put up ZERO defense last night, you CAN NOT allow a team to score 35 points in 3 quarters and expect to win!
thats ok, let the 2 of them beat each other up for 7 games.
Looks like your spurs will be playing the Warriors because the Nuggets stink on the road on top of already losing a game at Denver. I know for a fact they are losing both games in Golden State.

The Nuggets aren't horrible on the road. As a matter of fact, they had the same record as the Warriors on the road. Are they a worse team on the road than at home? Sure, but I don't think the their record on the road is unusual. Teams, even good teams, struggle winning consistently away from home.

Years ago when I was around 12, it always seemed like the team who was up 2-0 playing on the road in Game 3 let the other team win because of how they dominated games 1 and 2. I would be saying to myself...."how could a team look so dominant in game 1 and 2 and then look completely different in game 3 all because they are not at home?
The Oracle effect will be felt by any visiting team, but let's not pretend it's the Warriors' series to lose when they no longer have their best all-around player.
Clippers are not beating OKC
Nuggets are not beaing GS
Nets are not beating Chicago
