I'm sayin the same thing. The only team that matched up well against them in the West was L.A.C. The Thunder with Westbrook and Harden might have taken the Grizz out, but not this year. Not with the injuries and reshuffling.
While I knew all along Memphis would win, I was hoping for a spurs/okc rematch. As tired as the spurs looked in game 4, I'm not sure they can take the beating the griz will put on them physically. At least we will have home court.
Not when they are both cinderella teams and won't be anywhere near the Finals next season. It's great for people who live in those cities but fans in other cities can care less.

Randolph and Gasol are both too slow and predictable for Memphis to even have a chance against Miami. Randolph is one dimensional since he scores mostly from the left and Gasol has no speed just a jumpshot which he will have to make a lot to beat the Heat
I feel sorry for Kevin Durant. With a healthy Westbrook, they probably win the west.
I'm looking forward to the Pacers-Heat series. Should be interesting.
I believe the Heat will take them more seriously this year after what happened last year. I don't see the Pacers leading the series 2-1 heading into Game 4 this year.

Heat will win that series 4-1
This season - each team won once.
Mem - 104-88 (Randolph 18pts, 12reb; Gasol 2pts, 10reb, 6ast - Gay, Ellington were still on the team combined 47pts)
Mia - 98-91 (Randolph 14pts, 9reb; Gasol 24pts, 9reb)
If the game speed is slow, I don't see a problem for their production. But they will need good play from the others. But we are not there yet - so it's all fantasy at this point.

Not sure they would have won even with Westbrook, but they definitely would have spread out Memphis' defense more and probably stretched the series longer. I think Memphis is the best in the West right now, even with Westbrook. I think that once they got rid of Rudy Gay, that took a lot of ambiguity out of Memphis' game. They now have a clear identity as to what kind of offense they run and the defense they play. Sometimes a team can have too many good players, and it becomes a problem if one can't seem to work within the type of system that best suits their team (Amare Stoudamire comes to mind).
