I have recorded the Dr. J NBA TV special, but I haven't watched it yet.

Here’s proof that Dr. J can still dunk at age 63

Dr. J told reporters that while he might not quite be the legendarily acrobatic high flyer he once was, he can still throw down, even after turning 63 this past February.

"I'll go on record. I never liked Adrian Dantley, and I never liked Bernard King. Those were my two guys. I never particularly cared for playing against them, either."

Ha I would have taken it at any age

A vertically challenged white man can only dream and/or live vicariously through the Dr

Default Dr. J my favorite all-time

There has never been a basketball player who generated as much excitement for the game for me than Julius Erving. Every time he touched the ball, I was on the edge of my seat in anticipation. His game was incredible. Just a classy individual, and a pure work of art as man and as an athlete.

I'd like to see him dunk now.
