He moved to a unique spot in sports because of his actions, not necessarily on the floor.

Yes, "The Decision" was incredibly stupid, and I hated him for it at the time, but that was three years ago and he has admitted himself it was incredibly stupid and he wished he hadn't done it.

I think one thing you all are forgetting to mention (which is also clouding many peoples' perceptions) is there was no 24/7 media in the 1980s & early 90s. I mean, ESPN existed, but not everyone had cable and there was no internet to add to the hype of Jordan, Magic, Bird, etc. It's the same reason flopping and bad refereeing appears to be bigger now than back in the day...there are more cameras, pundits, sports news stations & websites to overanalyze every move to death.

Results count and Lebron is smiling all the way to the bank which is why he plays professional. Its his living and his life and fans come and go.no one can doubt he made the right decision by the results alone.

I'll reserve judgment until after this series against the Spurs. I don't believe for a second that Lebron would have ever thought 1 title in 3 years with this Heat team would be acceptable. He likely could have eventually achieved the same in Cleveland and still retained a lot of support from fans and the media. Things certainly won't be any easier next year for the Heat unless they make some big changes.

Lebron is playing like a bonafide scrub. The best player in sports surely depends on his team to keep him in the game alot. The heat do not even need him. Leonard is playing like a man out there.
