Clearly seattle. The Bay Area already has the warriors.

Gary Payton thinks things worked out the way they should have after all as a result of the Sacramento/Seattle saga

Also, apparently recent estimates (according to LOLRickBucher) have put the price tag for a new expansion franchise in the neighborhood of $1 Billion! That doesn't sound like much fun.

It should be noted that, unlike all of the Pro-Seattle/Anti-Sacramento posters on this and many other forums, even Payton commends Kevin Johnson for stepping up and fighting to keep the NBA in Seattle, and called out the Mayor of Seattle for not doing the same back in 2008.

He partially ignorant. The OKC Thunder are NOT in a better situation. Their TV #s are near the bottom of the NBA and the Chesapeake Corp. has been giving away thousands upon thousands of game tickets.

Moving the Sonics to OKC was a mega mistake. OKC is too small of market while Seattle is a top 10 NBA city.

Nonsense. Seattle fans repeatedly praised Johnson (until he slandered us with lies) and we still slam that fat headed loser Greg Nickles to this day.

At fault list:

#1 - Howard "Greedy Idiot" Schultz
#2 - David "Satan" Stern
#3 - the lying, thieving Okies
#3 - Greg "fat headed loser" Nickles, Frank "KKK" Chopp, Christine "Stolen Election" Gregoire, & the Seattle City Clown Show

The only teams over the last 15 years to have 1 or less NBA seasons with less than 90% total tickets sold are: Bulls, Lakers, Spurs, Knicks, Jazz, & Sonics.

Yeah, that's not even remotely close to being true, primarily due to the fact that the Sonics haven't even existed the last 5 seasons. But if you could site a source saying that the Sonics sold 90%+ of their tickets during the Clay Bennett years in Seattle that would be just swell.

The only year the Sonics were below 90% was the last year when the team was gone for sure.

The NBA needs a team in Seattle ASAP. It is a joke they have been without one this long, especially with the 'Cadillac' arena plan in place.
