Anyone really care whether or not Kobe makes his debut tonight against the Raptors?

It is as though his mere presence is going to save the NBA...

That's how awful the Heat are inside, they have a power forward in a small forward's body playing center.

And a point guard in a power forward's body playing small forward.

Yea Heat rebounding has been bad. This is not a new theme it was bad the past three years too. When Lebron wants to try and get rebounds he does. He showed that last night, he actually tried to rebound and he got 14 boards last night. Also before Bosh left the game for a bit he had 6 boards in 7mins. When these guys actually try hard they can rebound fairly well. Rebounding is a lot about effort.

I think if you step back from bias and look at it from a historic perspective it is a big deal. He will go down as one of the best ever and there is a finite time these guys have to play ball.

He does this in the playoffs every year. In the playoffs he averages 8.6 rpg vs. 7.2 in the regular season. He could rebound a lot more in the regular season if he wanted but he doesn't expend the energy towards rebounding as much in the regular season.

Lebron also plays 3.5 more minutes on average in the playoffs.
