Ok,

Start with Duncan for $3 considering he's as good or better than anyone on the list.
Jordan for $5 because other positions are loaded and you can get good players for even $1.

That leaves me $7 so I take Stockton, Pippen and Wilt.

Total $14.

What's interesting is you can still build one heckuva team for $5.

5-Olajuwon $1
4-Duncan $3
3-Durant $2
2-Bryant $4
1-Magic $5

This team could be great in the half-court and on the fast-break. The interior defense would be the best ever. Possible only weakness might be against small, really quick lineups, although maybe switch Kobe onto the point guard.

And though some might disagree on Kobe, all are good, positive guys with lesser egos than some of the others available.

Where's the floor spacing? Perhaps you can buy a clue with that last dollar?

Ah yes, I had forgotten to consider floor spacing and whether I should apply the triangle offense or my own flex motion offense to the hypothetical personnel in this hypothetical exercise. In addition, I should've applied some of Billy Beane's statistical concepts to ensure I maximize my $15 cap space.
Mea culpa, dipsh-t.
