Two clutch 3s in a row...one being a double clutch with 4 seconds left (following a 10 pt comeback) and the other going through with zeros on the clock. You'd have to tell me about game 7 NBA finals buzzer beaters to top this (NCAA title game is only equivalent to game 7 in the finals, IMO).
Now you are adding qualifications. You previously said in all basketball history. I took that literally to mean all basketball history.
As far as colleges that I can remember...
NC State Lorenzo Charles
UConn - Tate George
Indiana - Keith Smart
Webber calling TO with no TOs left
Butler's half court heave just missing
Those were great endings to championship games. I think probably the NC State/Houston game is arguable with last night's game.

Yeah I gotta agree, the back to back 3''s not to mention the intensity of the entire game puts it at the top. And unlike Keith Smart the game was over when it went in. Tate George won a Sweet Sixteen game, we see that happen on a regular basis. The only one close was Lorenzo Charles but this was a better game start to finish.

Tate George was Sweet Sixteen? My memory is failing me...
Of the more than three million NCAA Tournament brackets entered on Yahoo, no one’s has more points than James Kiki’s. He nailed some early upsets. He had seven of the Elite Eight teams correct. He has a perfect Final Four. He is tied with two other people for first overall, just three games away from a $50,000 grand prize. James Kiki will not win. Here is his bracket. He forgot to pick a national champion.
... Kiki, a South Sudanese refugee who works for a nonprofit in Syracuse, says he’d never filled out a bracket in his life, and only did so because he saw he could win $50,000.
... Kiki has UNC and Villanova in the final, and would have taken Nova to win it all.

Yeah my wife told me about this. But we didn't know the details. Now that I do it's no longer funny, it's really sad.

The Philly sports station is discussing this now.
So far they have NC State, and Jordan's jumper at Utah as their most dramatic with regards to a championship finish.
Seems like the refs are really helping Villanova tonight.
Ha! I love this post!
