How does a guy who is 6'8", 270 have no issues running over the biggest basketball players in the NBA and bullying his way to the basket yet flops like this? Better question, why do the garbage refs fall for any of it?
NBA should hand out stiffer penalties for flopping. Make the penalty a percentage of a player's salary instead of a measly $5k. I'm thinking 2%.

A fine is too lenient of a penalty, these guys make too much money for $5k or really even 2% to even matter. I bet some of them would be paid by the team anyway. I say the penalty should be a 1 game suspension for the first one and the suspensions should be exponential from that point on.
James is one of the worst floppers ever. If he had played in the 80's and 90's, he would've been given good reasons to flop. Flops around after getting hit by guards like he just got hit by Malone, Oakley, Mahorn, Laimbeer, Mason, etc...
