Knicks fans on Reddit are largely saying "Phil was A problem, but not THE problem". We'll see who comes next (no one too groundbreaking I'm sure).
At least Kerr didn't let himself get caught up in that mess.

What is good in life?

Hearing the lamentations of Knicks fans.

You're franchise isn't going anywhere until you remove that Dolan sized tumor on it....and that's perhaps decades away.

Read a NYPost hit piece on all of Jacksons "bad moves" and it was super petty and didn't give any context to how much of a dung-heap he inherited.

Top thing they listed was not outbidding GSW for Steve Kerr. I mean seriously that's #1?

Yep, reminds me everything about the Warriors when Chris Cohan was owner. All the endless recycling of coaches and mediocre players with the same result. Nothing can be done unless the league steps in to remove Dolan as owner.

I think Phil gifted the Knicks with solid drafts that people will thank him for later. Everything else about his tenure has been pretty toxic, not surprised that he's out.

You probably need to ask how you can get better fans too because they think the 1 draft pick in 3 years Dolan handed Jackson (who drafted Porzingus) was wayyy more than enough for him to build a team around the untradeable crap-heap that is Carmelo Anthony.

Dolan is the owner Knicks fans deserve.

Jackson's undoing was forcing the outdated triangle offense that was outdated by 15 years and no player in the NBA wants to run. The Porzingas trade talk was probably the last straw ( even if we knew where he was coming from). I bet Dolan heard Drakes little joke at the award show and made the decision right there.

LOL....and with PJ out....they just gave franchise money to Tim Hardaway Jr.

God I love the Dolans....keeping the Knicks in the toilet in perpetuity. Well done.

But don't worry...at least you got rid of Phil Jackson lol...he was the REAL problem lol.
