That house. lol Why would anyone possibly need/want/desire such a ginormous place. You can't live in more than 2 rooms anyway. The cleaning bill alone would buy a normal house. =p
Lots of guests I would suppose plus entertaining and the cost is meh relative to income.
Trust me, while my means is nowhere NEAR that guy, I currently have 4 (yes four) empty bedrooms in my house due to empty nesting. Now sure 1, maybe 2 might get filled up over the summer but dang, I can't wait to downsize in a couple years.
