I don't think Rodman said as much as his antics spoke. It was picking up on a guy who he felt was mentally weak and going after him. Mourning was such a guy. Jordan felt the same way about Mourning when he refused to shake his hand pre-game. It was stuff like this that Rodman did that really got under the skin of guys. Why is he patting Mourning on the behind this much?

Basketball seems to be one of those unique games where trash talking is expected. When I played pickup, we talked an insane amount of trash.

Uhhh, is it too late to take back my KD compliment?

Using fake twitter accounts to confront the haters? https://www.vibe.com/2017/09/kevin-d...itter-account/

Epic Fail!

Not this again.

The players don't trash talk for the same reason they don't randomly throw players to the ground when they are coming to the hoop. The NBA from the top down decided they won't tolerate it. Hard fouls went out the door when suspensions and fines became common place. And trash talk is just an extension of that. What's the point of barking at one another when you know your going to get a tech. And then you are waiting to get thrown out as another altercation will get you your second tech.

If you are a star player its really not worth it.
