Yeah, he still needs to improve his jumpshot, but he is still getting better

On Thursday Steph needs to show the world why he's still the new face of the league + best player in the mid 2010's

Steffi is more like the old face (or old half-face) of the league, now that Durant is about to win Defensive Player Of The Year....
Not that Durant is the face of the league, but the power is very evenly spread right now.

The brilliance of Boston is utterly monstrous.
They have the clutchness, the chemistry and the defense to destroy anyone.

Steph & the Warriors have nothing to prove. They are--by far--the best team in basketball. This is a November game. It may be Boston's most important game of the year, but it's just another night at work for the Dubs.

Boston will use Thursday as a measuring stick. GSW will use Thursday as another tune up. The Warriors are building good habits, just like last year, and the two prior. They do not need to beat anyone on any given night: they know they can beat everyone.

Here's what to watch for tonight:
How do Tatum, Irving, Smart, and Brown run around screens for 4 quarters trying to track the deadliest shooters in basketball?

How does Horford function as the pivot against the Warriors' length?

Does Boston have a speed lineup that can guard the "smallball" Warriors?

On the other end? You know what you're getting from the Warriors' core at this point. The most interesting subplots this season: how do Swaggy P & Pat McCaw grow into their roles as off the bench wing ball handlers? Is Jordan Bell going to be a reliable speed 5 this season? Is Looney ready for the big league?

Embiid beasting. The Sixers are led by two players that don’t shoot 3s.

That was amazing last night... 46p, 15r, 7a, 7blks for Embiid

Simmons with 18p, 9r, 10a

Did anyone put the Sixers on the SI cover as 2019 NBA Champs?

Not that anyone didn't expect it, but clearly Irving is miles above IT in every aspect of the game, any team would have done the same trade.

In crunch time IT may be on the bench, but Irving is one of the most unstoppable players in the game with his crossovers, quickness, and penetrating at will.

I was shocked that Golden State didn't go for the three pointer down two with 14 seconds left.
