Man they’re doing everything to try to keep Lebron. Player-coach James?

Top record and they like to pass it around to a new face if there is a good case to be made for it.

Please note, I'm not saying he's the best player in the league, just that I can't see anyone else winning MVP this year but him.
I agree. Harden isn't the best player in the NBA, but he has an exceptionally high chance of capturing MVP honors this year. The number of wins can certainly play a factor on who wins MVP, and the Houston Rockets have the best record in the NBA. Safe to assume that Houston stays at the top. There's no way Golden State will catch the Rockets. The Warriors are too banged up and too far behind.

With what the Cavs are going through right now with Lue having to sit out, I see LeBron coaching the team until Lue is healthy enough to return to the sideline. Honestly, who else does Cleveland have that can step up in Lue's absence?

IMO it doesn't matter. They're not going back to another championship in the next many years.

Yeah I see either the Raptors or the Celtics coming out of the East this year. The Cavs won't have enough time to build chemistry with their new roster.

Kevin Love is back now. There's no reason they can't build chemistry in the next 15+ games (regular season + first round). I suspect we'll see Cleveland roll through everyone in the east, kind of like last year, despite their mediocre regular-season play. Whether or not they have the talent to match up with whoever comes out of the west is a better question.

I for sure see them breezing through the first round, but there's no way they'll breeze past Boston or Toronto. There's a good chance the Celtics or Raptors will push the Cavs to the limit.

For a change, the East is interesting. The King's reign will be threatened as it hasn't been in several years.

Long live the new King.

Agreed. The East is a lot more competitive this year than it was last year and the year before that. Should be a fun playoffs this year.

That being said, we'll see what happens come April 14th.
