Only two timeouts max under 2:00 in the 4thQ. That has definitely changed the end of game scenarios. Teams are now forced to get the ball in bounds more because there are not enough timeouts to use, simply to move the ball to the front court. Makes it seems almost like a college type of game in that it's more exciting at the end.

Saw this one tonight... when the refs review out of bounds call within two minutes - if they observe a foul, they can enforce it. Tonight, a pass to Eric Gordon was called of his hands and given to the Kings. Upon the review, they said George Hill fouled him - and Gordon got two FTs.

Going to be interesting if a big playoff game is decided on a review that ends up with a foul called...maybe even a ticky tack foul. I bet there’s plenty of plays at the end of games where a foul call is missed somewhere on the court. Can we look back at old games that would’ve turned out differently under 2017 rules?

The infamous nocall foul on Brent berry committed by fisher in the 2008 playoffs.
Spurs lost 93-91, berry was fouled (per nba review) on the 3 pointer with 2.1 left.
That series would have gone back to LA tied 2-2 instead lakers went back up 3-1
