As long as they can stay healthy and build chemistry before the playoffs start, the Cavs have a shot. You can never count out a team with LeBron James.

The Celtics will have a better chance at making it to the Finals if everyone is fully healthy, especially Kyrie. Should Kyrie be less than 100% come playoff time, it could leave the door open for other teams in the East that have a chance at making a Finals appearance, such as Toronto.
