Well UNC-Greensboro upsetting Gonzaga possibly was not one I heard being on anyone's radar. The Zags looked to be pulling away. But watch out now.

Not...

They tried to give it away with 4 missed FTs down the stretch.

Two big shots by the Zags after it looked Greensboro might pull it off. But then 4 straight missed free throws, before finally making the last one to put the nail on the coffin. That Greensboro 3 with 10 seconds left looked golden. Not to be.

Duke won't have a problem winning this game, but still not understanding the defensive issues and mis-assignments. K doesn't sew these issues up, it will bite Duke in the butt at some point in this tourney.

Loyola with its first tourney win since 1985! Most I think saw this upset coming, but that was close. Congrats- been to that arena and remember this downtrodden program since the old MCC days (the now defunct conference that featured teams like Xavier, Evansville, Butler, Marquette, and St Louis). This program was TERRIBLE for a long time, despite winning the national championship in 1963. Looks like I might not be able to remain perfect with a second lower seed winning, unless South Dakota State can rally late.

South Dakota with pack the paint D on my Buckeyes. Good thing we grabbed some offensive rebounds.

Daum is tough customer. He should get drafted.

Who thought it was a good idea to have Wichita host games? Apart from the Kansas game, the arena has been almost empty.
