Jordan rarely guarded the other team's best wing, but in head-to-head matchups with Jordan, Reggie Miller scored slightly more than his career average.

Klay is probably better than Reggie.

Klay better than Reggie...a guy that led a team to the finals? More like Klay plays well in era that Reggie would’ve played even better in. Just read an article where John Starks said he was harder to guard than Jordan because he never stopped moving and constantly ran you into screens. How good is Reggie today in an era where he could attempt 8-10 3s per game?

Yep, Reggie would smoke Klay. As Starks said, Reggie never stopped moving. Today with all the 3s he'd be great.

At least he said Klay is "probably" better than Reggie. Really doubt Klay is, but let's give him another 11 years to match Reggie's 18 year career. I'd venture to say Reggie is better. Both have about the same scoring average (we'll see how Klay ends up after another 11 years), but Reggie was far more athletic than Klay.

It's not a slam dunk either way. Klay is probably a better defender, and he's definitely better at creating off the dribble.

Jordan had 1 all star on all of his championships won !

LeBron and Durant are the ones that stacked the deck.

Pippen’s Bulls won 55 games and took the eventual Eastern Conference champs to game 7. Then they added Jordan and Rodman.

Ok so what's your point ?

Rodman wasn't an all star when he was with the bulls !

Again - every title Jordan won he only had 1 all star by his side and you probably could say the same for Kobe.

Iverson is another guy that went through hell with practically no kinda all star help.

I love Lebron, but him and Durant are both front runners.

None of Lebron and Durant rings hold weight like Jordan because of the teaming up with multiple stars

Klay is elite coming off screens. I think the only players in the conversation today with Klay in that department are Steph Curry and Kyle Korver.

Reggie has a longer career and was an effective player for many years. Klay is a better shotter and a better defender. Reggie was a more versatile scorer. Klay has 4 all-star appearances and 2 All-NBA 3rd teams in 7 years. Reggie had 5 all-stars and 3 All-NBA 3rd teams in 18 seasons. Klay has 3 titles to Reggie's 0. Klay has already played in 102 playoff games to Reggie's career 144. I don't see it as a stretch to say that Klay is probably better than Reggie.

Klay is a better defender. Neither were very good at creating off the dribble. Reggie developed an effective one or two dribble arsenal, where Klay's is still pretty much non-existent. In ISO situations, Klay will either use the threat of his shot to create an open driving lane or he will just shoot over a smaller guard. Reggie used a quick first step or an array of fades to create shots. Klay is growing as a passer, and is probably ahead of Reggie in that department. Both are high IQ players, but Reggie was a gambler on defense where Klay is a lock-down on-ball defender against all but the very quickest guards. His work in the playoffs against Kyrie, Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, Lillard, Hayward, and scores of others has been masterful.
