We can all agree the Warriors have the best videos about them.

You guys bring up Iggy which , but failed to mention Luc Mhah Boute who was the Rockets best defender in the regular season. He dislocated his shoulder just as the reg. season ended and never was the same.

You know the impact of CP3 was key to Rockets' success. It was basically 4 vs. 1 in the series after game 5. Lebron will likely team up with Rockets this summer unless Cavs beat the Warriors which is highly unlikely. This is for the best interest in the league.

You guys are essentially saying that the Warriors are vulnerable when their 5th best player isn't playing. What a laughable statement.

Steve Kerr said if Iggy never was injured they would have won the series in 5 games

We can agree to disagree.
No. I'm telling you that missing Iguodala for 4 games is in the same ballpark as missing Chris Paul for 2. You asserted in response to a poster who mentioned Iguodala's injury that they are saying that Iguodala = CP3, which is something I have not argued (not something the poster to whom you responded had argued, either). My view is that injuries happen in the NBA every season--they impact the results of every season. If we're going to play the game of "if healthy," then I think the Warriors win in 6 with a healthy Iguodala and a healthy CP3 in Houston. Maybe 5.

Some people say “players have every right to chase rings and go to the team they desire”

Yes they do, and fans have every right to tarnish and ignore their legacy

Kevin Durant will get his 2nd ring (and more) but he won’t have the respect that comes from not joining a team that won 70+ games and had 3 all-stars. This crap is worse than when Lebron joined Miami. Miami didn’t win 70+ games ever

I know right. 4 all stars vs. 2 stars(one down and out) is not enough to beat the Rockets? This is laughable. Iggy and Luc are good, but still role players.

It was enough to beat the Rockets. We all just saw that.

One of the first rotation guys is Patrick MacCaw. He pretty much wasn't playing at all compared to Luc Mhah Boute because of that horrible fall.

So what about the contenders in The West this decade beyond the Warriors? Who has been a consistent threat? Because besides Golden State, the only other teams in the 2010s to show consistent contention has been the Spurs and OKC, and Lebron has had victories over both. I guess you can also call Houston a "threat" being one of only twenty teams to ever win 65 games...

We won't even touch the fact that year after year the Warriors have benefited from stellar circumstances and not playing teams at full strength...

Exactly...

This is why they play the games. We all know why the Warriors are favored and what they can do, so I don't care to continue hearing about it. This is why they play the games...
We are talking 8 straight finals. From the west the last 4 years, the road goes through GS. The two years prior it goes through the Spurs. Does Lebron make 8 straight finals going through those two teams? Two years before that it goes through the Mavs who eliminated Lebron. Did those teams eliminate some other teams that would’ve challenged the Heat/Cavs more than eastern conference teams? Probably. My guess is that over the last 8 years Lebron makes 2-3 finals appearances if the Heat/Cavs are somehow transported to the west. Those Cavs/Heat teams would then go on to win 2-3 championships so he’d be 2/2 or 3/3 in the finals.

No kidding, so let's not bring up Iggy. If 4 vs. 2 or 1(cp3 out) isn't enough, then Warriors might as well go after Lebron this summer.

Sorry, not proven in playoffs and not enough pt. Minimal impact. Still young. Iggy and Livingston are the experienced ones.
