On a personal level... just a cruel twist of fate that Paul likely won't be able to finish the job he has set out to do.

If Rockets don't win game 6, I see it as difficult to win game 7 without Paul.

I can't see him not playing Game 7. He's tough and he's gotten his team too far to just watch Game 7 of the WCF in a sports coat.

That is what happens when there is tight and intense defense. You have to cut a bit harder to get open, throw the pass crisper to not get deflected. That leads to more mistakes on average. Not every time, not any given time. He also knew the Rockets had a foul to give and if he didn't get the shot off fast his team might be throwing it in with 1.5 on the clock.

Hopefully I'm wrong... but the Rockets are pretty mum on this. I am going the pessimistic route on his availability. Those trainers have a good idea what's up - they were in their facilities.

It would be a larger kick in the gut mentally to put it all out there that he is out for game 6 and 7.

Paul is officially out for game six.

But the Rockets can win without him, it's all on Harden and this will be his legacy.

He’ll play game 7 for sure. Just wonder what the rotation will be for Houston in game 6

I have no faith in harden until he proves me wrong. Last season against the Spurs was too painful to watch!

Hamstring strain is the diagnosis that has come out. Definitely better than a tear.

Not with this defense!

But I understand it’s a smart move to leave him out cause if they win even with him there it’s might be costly.

Rockets have 2 chances to get this done!
