LeBron James Has Quit On The Lakers

Stephen A. Smith says LeBron is the Lakers' biggest problem

Kobe at age 34 had his achilles rupture.

LBJ at age 34 now has his, a groin injury.
Funny I recall less than 3 months ago Stephen A. was proclaiming that the Lakers were the 2rd best team in the West.

The Lakers are getting their butts gently handed to them by the Bucks Eric Bledsoe tonight! Love it!

Mind you, I live in Los Angeles!

It was close until about 2 min left when Bucks made a couple clutch 3's by Brogdon & Bledsoe. But yes Bledsoe had 31 points tonight.

And Milwaukee are about to get Pau Gasol according to reports, scary (then again, Gasol will hurt their defense).

Stick a form in 'em.

The Lake show loses to the last place Suns, and have six losses in their last eight games.

Four and a half games out of the last playoff spot with 19 games left, sorry no way no how.

While some aspects of this Laker season have been out of their control especially in regards to injuries, all things considered, this has to be considered a total failure of the LBJ experiment.

The silver lining is that Brandon Ingram has shown himself to be quite the spectacular player, finally showing the great promise of his previous two seasons. I see him getting even better as he gets stronger, it was so noticeable how much stronger he looked this season compared to before, and that has helped his game immensely.

Let's be real, Kobe would never have missed 2 free throws in crunch time like that. Matter of fact, Kobe would have this Laker squad as a 5th or sixth seed.

As I said back in October or November, James missing the playoffs entirely this year would be the best thing that could happen to the Lakers & James in his Lakers tenure. Alas, I didn't realize he would get hurt in season, which means him getting the extra 2 months rest is even beneficial. If I were Lakers management, as soon as the Lakers are officially eliminated, I would shut him down the rest of the season, any extra games he can sit out, the more beneficial it will be to LBL in his next 3 years.

How fitting, the Lakers lose (again) to the Clippers tonite.

Hopefully that was the nail in the coffin.
