I see that LeBron James sits on something while on the bench. Is it for his back? Thank you.

LeBron hasn't been trying to dominate these first 2 games at all.
Either he's just waiting for his teammates to take responsibility, or he's playing hurt.

Those seats on the bench are normal height chairs. LBJ is about 6'-9"... He's been in the league for 16 years which is wear and tear on his knees... it's a long way up if his knees get stiff after sitting on the bench.

It's just easier to get up and down for older players. Younger players don't need it. Other players use the "booster seat" as well.

I always wondered what the reason behind that booster seat. I thought it was a Captain chair.

I thought I heard during the Bucks vs Knicks game the announcer say the Bucks players have heated seats that keep the seats at 107 degrees so players stay warm when on the bench. Is that a thing in the NBA? Heated seats.

Probably.
I've got that on my bed, and I've never even set foot in the NBA.

He does seem to lose the ball while dribbling a lot.
